By accessing this site or registering for any Snap Hook Foundation event, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Event Participation

All participants agree to:

• • Follow all event rules and codes of conduct

• • Register with accurate information

• • Assume all risk associated with participating in physical golf activities

3. Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued after July 15, 2025. Exceptions may be made only in extreme circumstances at the discretion of the foundation.

4. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, images, and text on this website are the property of Snap Hook Foundation or its partners. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

Snap Hook Foundation is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during event participation. Golf involves inherent physical risks, and attendees participate at their own discretion.

6. Use of Media

By attending the event, you grant Snap Hook Foundation permission to use photos and videos of you for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing before the event.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in local courts located in Dallas County, TX.
